Tuesday’s theme was “Smarties Don’t Do Drugs.” Students and staff were encouraged to dress like a nerd to show that you were smart enough to say “No” to harmful substances that destroy lives.

Wednesday’s theme was “Team Up Against Drugs.” Students and staff were encouraged to wear their favorite Busco apparel to show we had better things to do than use alcohol, drugs, and tobacco.

Students heard announcements during the week on the effect drugs, alcohol, and tobacco has on our country. At lunch, students and staff signed a pledge banner to pledge to be alcohol, drug, and tobacco free. The pledge banner was then hung up for students, parents, staff, and the community to see.
