Martin also captured “Rookie of the Year” at the Limaland Motorsports Park along with a seventh place in points in the Bud Thunderstox. He just missed sixth in points. His season saw him place in the top 10 in features at various speedways including Kokomo (IN), Gas City (IN), Butler (MI), Eldora (OH) where he had two seventh and an eleventh place finish in the Blue Collar Bash competing against drivers from all over the midwest. He also competed at the Waynesfield (OH) Motorsports Park.
