Phyllis Swick gave a health report about Cholesterol. Fiber fortifiers are fruits and beans, eat two servings of salmon or tuna weekly, use olive oil and eat a handful of nuts (almonds) daily.

The guest speaker was Pat Mossburg of the Salvation Army. She showed the back packs purchased to be filled with school supplies and distributed to the children. She is always in need of volunteers.
