FORT WAYNE - The Regional stage was nothing new to Churubusco senior Jason Nicodemus. As a four year Varsity wrestler, Nicodemus is a four time Regional qualifier.
On Saturday, he had a Regional first. He got out of the first round.
That, however, was not enough for the unbeaten 220-pounder. Nicodemus left as one of three unbeaten Regional Champions, defeating undefeated Leo senior Nolan Wilson 8-3 in the 220-pound Championship, setting himself up as a number one seed for this Saturday's Semi-State Tournament at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum.
