Senior Center schedule, menu for July 4-8

COLUMBIA CITY — The Whitley County Council on Aging Senior Center activities for the following week include:

July 4: Closed

July 5: 9 a.m. euchre; 11:15 a.m. lunch — chicken and dumplings; noon Purdue Extension program: Preserving Nature’s Bounty; noon euchre; 1 p.m. dominoes.

July 6: 9:30 a.m. bingo; 10:30 a.m. farm wagon; 11:30 a.m. lunch — loaded baked potato; 2 p.m. line dancing.

July 7: 10:30 a.m. exercise; 11:30 a.m. lunch — stir fry; noon MMM bingo; 6 p.m. game night.

July 8: 9 a.m. euchre; 11:15 a.m. lunch — tenderloins; noon euchre; 1 p.m. computer class.

The Woodlands Senior Center is located at 710 N. Opportunity Drive in Columbia City. All meals are $3 each and include a beverage and dessert. Seniors who need transportation should call 248-8944 or toll free at 800-290-1697.
