In appreciation for Steve Hostetler’s willingness to provide a place for any political candidate or party to gather, as well as for a good place to dine, meet friends or enjoy private events, Whitley County Patriots are hoping many folks will stop by and order lunch at noon on Monday, November 14 to celebrate “Freedom of Assembly.”
Constitution of the United States, Amendment I: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Merriam-Webster: A bigot is “one obstinately or intolerantly devoted to his own opinions and prejudices.”
Thanks to Jennifer Romano for her interview in “Talk of the Town.”
