We’ve all heard that certain foods that we eat may increase our risk of cancer. Come learn the truth about these foods, and what we should be eating to help reduce our risk of developing cancer. Come up with your own personal guideline to help you establish healthy eating habits.
Stress Less will be held at 7 p.m.
Determine what stressors you have in your life and how to manage that stress. This program includes activities and management suggestions. Leave the workshop with tools that will help you stress less.
