Here’s an easy math formula that might help answer those questions:  If :

A B C D E F G H  I  J   K  L  M  N  O  P  Q   R   S  T  U  V  W  X  Y  Z is represented as 1 2  3 4  5 6  7  8  9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26, then HARDWORK IS: 8+1+18+4+23+15+18+11 = 98%, and, to continue, and KNOWLEDGE is 11+14+15+23+12+5+4+7+5 = 96%.

From the same mathematical viewpoint, ATTITUDE is represented as 1+20+9+20+21+4+5= 100%, and while , therefore, one, and I hope you, can conclude with at least mathematical certainty, that hard work and knowledge will positively get you close, adding KNOWLEDGE will get you to 100%,

Just go one more step – LOVE OF GOD – 12+15+22+5+15+6+7+15+4= 101%! !

Therefore, one can conclude with mathematical certainty that hard work and knowledge will get you there, it’s the love of God that will put you over the top!  My parents were Christians, and I was brought up attending Christian church services.  I know there are many slightly different Christian churches, with slight differences. I know there are many other religions, and I believe our country was established to provide religious freedom to all, and I dislike any disrespect or bad treatment given to any religion or religious group, just as strongly as I believe in defending our country against disrespect or bad treatment.

I respect and admire my parents much, much more now that I am an aging, mature adult, but I have always loved them and their lives.  I am not out to convert anyone to any religion, but I believe all of us can look at the religious friends we enjoy, regardless of which religion they embrace, and see something wonderful in their beliefs and actions, and I hope you do as well.

I was raised a Protestant, became a Catholic during my WWII experiences, have read about many religions, have many friends from many religions. I believe man is superior to animals, and I think there may well be a power greater than man – and manly politics – and political campaigns, and will defend your right to believe what you believe!

This is a difficult subject to write about without offending someone, and I hope I haven’t – At least it is short, and didn’t take too much time to read.    Next year,  .  .  .good gardening
