Marjorie Wojcik

Marjorie Wojcik

Born on October 16, 1965 in Hammond, she was a daughter of John and Susan (Graham) Wojcik. She spent her formative years in East Chicago, but graduated from Snyder High School in Fort Wayne in 1984. Most of her adult life was spent in the Churubusco-area.

She enjoyed being a homemaker and caring for her family. Previously, she had been employed as a waitress at the former S&L Truck Stop in Columbia City and later at Brevin’s Downtown Eatery in Churubusco. She loved flowers and animals, and most especially loved and cherished her family.

The surviving relatives include the love of her life for the past 18 years, Terry A. Krider of rural Avilla; two daughters, Haley Wojcik and Autumn Wojcik, both at home; two sons; her parents, John and Susan Wojcik of East Chicago; a brother, John Wojcik of Hammond; and a sister, Sandra Wojcik of East Chicago.

She was preceded in death by an infant daughter; and by a sister Jill Wojcik.

A private family gathering was held at the Collins United Methodist Church. At the request of Ms. Wojcik, there were no public services or visitation. For those who wish, memorials may be directed to her daughters in care of Terry A. Krider. Sheets & Childs Funeral Home in Churubusco was in charge of the arrangements.
