Male court set for Snowcoming at ’Busco High School

CHURUBUSCO — The all-male court has been set for the inaugural Snowcoming event at Churubusco High School.

While the similar event in the fall crowns a Homecoming queen, Snowcoming will crown a king.

Senior members of the court are Dakota Barkley, Isaac Geiger, Gil Hesselschwardt, Trevor Kelley, Cole Lybarger and Jalen Paul.

Underclassmen are freshman Maxwell Burch, sophomore Joey Emenhiser and junior Francesco Catania.

The court will be presented and the king will be crowned between the varsity girls and boys basketball games Friday night, when the Eagles host Angola.

Similar to the fall Homecoming, the king candidates will be have an escort of their choice, who will accompany them on the court Friday night.

The court will also be guests of honor at the Snowball Snowcoming dance at Churubusco High School on Saturday from 8-11 p.m.

Tickets will be on sale for students during lunch for $10.
