Lybarger named first Snowcoming King

Dakota Barkley is the son of Greg and Jo Barkley. During his high school career, Barkley has participated in basketball, golf and Key Club. He plans to attend college and continue playing basketball. He was accompanied by Cassidy Yant, daughter or Rex and Julie Yant.

Francesco Catania represented the junior class. Catania is a foreign exchange student from Italy and is the son of Angelo Catania and Laura Longhtono. His host parents are Buck and Wendy Brockman. He enjoys soccer, food, being Italian, not speaking English properly and having a strong accent. He was accompanied by Kira Creech, daughter of Phil and Tara Lemper.

Gil Hesselschwardt is the son of Trent Hesselschwardt and Holli Seabury. He is a member of the Churubusco soccer team. In his spare time, he enjoys making memes, watching AYY LMAO videos and having non-traditional political views. His future plans include attending IPFW to study network administration and continue making memes.

Isaac Geiger is the son of Tom and Juli Geiger. He is a member of New Era Show Choir and Churubusco Theater. He also serves as the senior class president, Key Club vice president and National Honor Society vice president. His future plans include attending Ball State University to become a journalist. His was accompanied by Valencia Reister, daughter of Josh and Angela Reister.

Freshman representative Maxwell Burch is the son of Eric and Cyntia Burch, and is a member of New Era Show Choir. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, studying weaponry and the musical Hamilton. He was accompanied by Alexis Starkey, daughter of Donald and Lisa Starkey.

Jalen Paul is the son of Chris and Trisha Paul, and is a member of the basketball team. His interests include politics and going to his friend’s farm to “act like a farmer.” Paul plans to attend college to play basketball and pursue a major in political science or business. His overall goal is to be involved in coaching or attend law school. He was accompanied by Stacia Fester, daughter of Corey and Jodi Fester.

Joey Emenhiser was the sophomore representative. Emenhiser is the son of Mike and Jill Emenhiser. His is involved in football, basketball and track. He was accompanied by Cora Pence, daughter of Doug and Amy Pence.

Trevor Kelley is the son of Karen Kelley. During high school, he has participated in football, track, Academic Super Bowl, National Honor Society and wrestling. His future plans include attending Ball State University and having a good time. He was accompanied by Olivia Schoeph, daughter of Kerry and Cheryl Schoeph.
