CHEERS TO: The Churubusco Schools’ Destination ImagiNation teams for their impressive showing at the Global Finals competition last week. Two teams from Churubusco travelled to Knoxville, Tennessee in order to compete against hundreds of teams from all over the world.  The middle school team finished in the top half of their category, and the high school team finished in ninth place! All of your effort, teamwork and creativity paid off with remarkable performances and everyone is proud of you.

JEERS TO: The cold-hearted, unfeeling person, who tossed out and abandoned a mother dog with three small puppies, on the Noble/Whitley County Line Road, early on the morning of May 25. I truly believe whoever abuses, neglects or abandons the innocent animals, will answer to Him on Judgment Day! I truly hope so!

-Sharon Watson

JEERS TO: The heartless, uncaring person who dumped a mother dog and her three pups on the side of the road on the Noble/Whitley County Line Road, on Tuesday, May 25. Let us hope that some day you do not find yourself in the same position, abandoned, homeless and alone.
