The Green Township 4-H Clubs recently participated in the Area XI 4-H “Share-The-Fun” program. The event was held at Indian Springs Middle School in Columbia City and hosted by Dave Addison, Extension Educator and the Whitley County 4-H Junior Leaders. Several counties of 4-H’ers took the stage to show their talents. Cassandra Petrie placed second in the musical category singing “Taylor The Latte Boy.” R.J. Sonnenberg playing “Momma Mia” on his trumpet and Cheyanne McClure playing “Row, Row, Row Your Boat” on the piano also competed in the musical category. Sierra Przemielewski, Callie Lemper, Dakota McClure, Sydney Nelson, Emma Cartwright, Nate Konger, Cheyanne McClure, R. J. Sonnenberg, Moriah Goedtel and Grace Cartwright competed in the group category with their act “Dancing With the 4-H’ers.” The group act danced their way to second place. The 4-H’ers will once again show off their talents at the May 23 4-H meeting.
