Churubusco Community-wide Free Food Service in cooperation with Community Harvest Food Bank will give away free fruits, vegetables, milk, bread and misc. to local residents at the Churubusco United Methodist Church, 750 N. Main Street, from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. No income restrictions, open to all in the area. For more information call 693-2154.
Freedom Through Art (FTA), 6 to 8 p.m. at Lutheran Military Veterans and Families Ministries, Inc., 1615 Vance Ave., Suite 3, Fort Wayne. Informal art program for veterans. FTA is a free wellness program and is free to any veteran. 260-755-2239 or 637-6618; lmvfm.org/.

Open Grill and Sliders at American Legion Post 157, Churubusco from 5 to 9 p.m. when there is no fish fry/shrimp, tenderloin benefit going on.

Flea Market and Bake Sale, sponsored by St. John Bosco Rosary Society and Wesley Chapel United Methodist Women, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. It will be held in the St. John Bosco parking lot, unless it rains, then it will be held in the church basement.
