Adult Discussion Group
The Adult Discussion Group will be meeting Thursday, November 17 at 10 a.m. Join the group this month as they discuss “The Price of Stones” by T. Jackson Kaguri, an extraordinary true story about one man’s mission to make a difference in the lives of orphaned children in need of hope. (Group discussion led by board member, Harold Norman).

The Grim Readers will be meeting Friday, November 18 at 5:30 p.m. This month the group will be discussing “Possessions,” a chilling tale by Nancy Holder. All high school students are welcome to attend! Refreshments will be provided. (Group discussion led by staff member, Shelly Becraft). “Mirror, mirror on the wall . . . Which girl will be the next to fall?” – “Possessions.”
New movies coming to the library: “African Cats” (Disney Nature); “Captain America,” “Fast Five,” “Green Lantern,” “Pirates of the Caribbean 4,” “Sarah’s Key,” “Super 8,” “Transformers 3,” “Trespass,” “Water for Elephants,” “Winnie the Pooh (2011,” and “Zookeeper.”
The library will be closing early on Wednesday, November 23 at 6 p.m. and will be closed Thursday, November 24 in observance of Thanksgiving. They will reopen Friday, November 25 with normal library hours.
