COLUMBIA CITY —A Columbia City man was arrested on four counts of sexual misconduct with a minor and two additional misdemeanors.
Charles Berry, 22, appeared in Whitley Circuit Court Monday for an initial hearing. He has been charged with four counts of sexual misconduct, level 4 felonies; dealing marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor; and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a Class A misdemeanor.
