CHURUBUSCO — Churubusco’s Board of Zoning Appeals will be considering a special exception to allow for apartments on Main Street.
The BZA will meet Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at Churubusco’s Town Hall to consider a request by Bret and Nicole Keister to allow apartments in the General Business District at 111 S. Main St., Churubusco.
The property is located on the east side of Main Street, approximately 80 feet south of Whitley Street.
It was owned by C&A Tool until Dec. 20, 2016, when it was sold to the Keisters.
Jason Bartl is chairman of the Churubusco BZA, and Paula Grawcock is vice chairman. Other members include David Crabill, Alan Malcolm and Miles Wilson.
Also on Thursday’s agenda is election of the BZA officers.
